I would setup a time to workout and when that time came, I presented myself with an excuse. "I mean, I missed it but I'll just start on Monday." I would tell myself this, knowing that come Monday I would have another excuse prepared and this cycle would continue. These habits only stifled my body goals and furthered my poor lifestyle choices. Let's be honest, fear and lack of consistency are what keep us from reaching the milestones that we say we desire to reach. Once I overcame the hurdle of making it happen by any means necessary, I saw not only the best change in my body but my mind and daily habits followed.
